see that smiley? that’s EXACTLY what happened
i realized ok, no delay was patched right? but thats only cause the damage on the skill was client sided. so what about buffs? it still works like it did back then!
i’ve tested it with a hermit, bishop, bm, and an aran so far. no a/b, no glitchy buffs.
Reason to do this: if you’re a certain class, Bishop, NL, Aran, you’ve noticed the HUGE delay when you buff like HS, MW, SP, CB. this will wipe it out and keep the buff nice and quick ^.^
