Here’s how to talk with the map open!

Note: Nobody except you can tell if you have the map open, so this would only be something you could see.

1. Open the map

2. Click Member Igloos and X out of Member Igloos

3. Click TAB on your keyboard and type a message, then click ENTER on your keyboard.

That’s how to talk with the map!

Jazziejosh2 told me about this, I just figured out that you had to open Member igloos.
