Thus all the running around melee will need to do for target switches and avoidance of damage. Lightning overload, mimiron and yogg-saron getting to safety, run from ghosts to chasing volatile experiments and even defiles on lichii poo, you can definitely use your ancestral swiftness to do these things. Much more it only requires three talent points.

Totemic vigor would now be enhanced come Cataclysm. The totem’s shield will somehow give you a fixed amount of health and can be boosted by the glyph. As a shaman you can definitely maximize and reap the benefits of totem heath. Searing flames and improved lava lash are also important components of you being a shaman. Searing totem can now get a buff on single target fights. Not managing a magma totem on the other hand means one less cooldown. But do take note it adds a new boss debuff that needs to be monitored. Searing totem cast every 2.6 seconds is equivalent to 13 seconds from planting the totem to the 5th stack or putting 10.4 seconds from the application of the 1st stack to the 5th. Another thing to anticipate is the increase of the Lava lash to 130% damage. This is like 30% plus 20% per stack of searing multiplied by 5.
