There is a new feature in the EPF Command Room, if you go in it, you can view all the old HQ’s.  Here’s how:

1. Go to the EPF Command Room

2. Go in the green tube to the left of the entrance.

3. Click HQ 2005, 2007, or 2010.

You can also access the PSA Missions by clicking the computer to the right or the TOP SECRET panel at the bottom right of the screen.
